Sivane Kemal - Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the community services sector, I have worked across a number of settings such as education, domestic violence, settlement- migrant services, youth, children’s services, and women’s health. My experience also includes delivering school-based programs, facilitating Community Services and Youth Work Diplomas, and supervising staff. I now have the opportunity to bring this breadth of knowledge and experience to life at Access Ability Guide Services.

Together with a dedicated team of professionals, we are passionate about delivering high-quality supervision, mentoring, coaching, and training across a range of sectors. We believe these services play a vital role in supporting individuals to enhance their wellbeing, build confidence, and develop practical skills. At the same time, we support organisations to build capable and confident workforces, contributing to stronger performance and improved staff retention.

As the Founder and Manager of Access Ability Guide Services, I value the opportunity to provide positive role modelling and ongoing support to both individuals and services, ensuring all work remains client-centred and outcomes-focused.

I am deeply committed to maintaining strong engagement with both services and individuals. Our focus is always on supporting people within the community to remain independent and to sustain a high quality of life.

Mine Dursun - Operations Manager / Support Coordinator / Support Worker

I started my journey in the disability sector as a support worker, working closely with people navigating the NDIS and everyday life across Sydney. I also come from a personal background where I have family members with disabilities, including Down syndrome, so this has always meant something to me on a deeper level. I understand it not just professionally, but personally as well.

From there, I moved into support coordination to understand the full NDIS journey, how plans work, how funding is used, and how to connect people with the right services that actually make a difference. That experience gave me a strong foundation in NDIS processes, participant goals, and delivering supports that are practical and effective.

Now as the Operations Manager at Wellnova Care, I bring that full experience into how we deliver our NDIS disability support services across Sydney. I’ve built my approach from the ground up, so I understand what quality, reliable support should look like at every level.

We focus on person centred, high quality NDIS services in Sydney, making sure every individual feels heard, respected, and supported. We always respect the individual, their dignity, their choices, and their independence. Everything we do is aligned with NDIS guidelines while still being flexible to each person’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Our goal is simple, to provide trusted disability support services in Sydney that help people build independence, feel confident, and improve their quality of life.
